Goods
The products at Danstamps.dk are primarily used goods. If it is a new unused product, this will be stated on the page. It is also noted that the goods are of different quality, see photo 

Payment
Danstamps.dk receives payment via bank transfer and via Paypal,

Delivery
Danstamps.dk strives to ship the goods as soon as possible, we use GLS as Postnord is not what it once was

Danstamps.dk ships ONLY with GLS and to the nearest parcel shop, Danstamps.dk cannot be held responsible for delays. Free delivery in Denmark for purchases over 1000,- DKK. (Larger lots and coins excluded) For deliveries outside Denmark, additional postage may be expected

Right of complaint
Danstamps.dk provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sales Act, covering manufacturing and material defects that are found during normal use of the goods. The right of complaint does not cover errors, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly resulting from incorrect operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interventions. Complaints about errors and defects, which should be discovered by normal examination of the product, must be notified to Danstamps.dk within a reasonable time. The product can subsequently be returned by agreement, possibly with credit. In connection with complaint cases, Danstamps.dk will bear the return costs to a reasonable extent.

Product returns can also be made to this address - please note that we do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery. Returns can also be made by refusing receipt. It is not a requirement, but the processing is facilitated if sufficient information accompanies the package - for example, a copy of the order confirmation, registration number and account number for the bank account to which the refund can be made, a copy of any prior correspondence, etc.

Refund
Refunds are usually made by bank transfer, and Danstamps.dk therefore needs information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be provided by e-mail or other traditional form of correspondence.

Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return for the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, you simply have to return the goods

When the goods have been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.
